Job Description:
£ Day Rate Negotiable DoE
Initial 3 Months with View to Extend
London (Hybrid)
Your New Role
Our client is a world renowned Higher Education organisation based in London, who are seeking a passionate ED&I expert to join their people team on an initial 3 month contract. In terms of the duties, it will be working closely with Hannah and wider HR Team to redevelop and implement all new policies on Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. There are elements of Networking with a number of stakeholders internally and externally, coaching and empowering those around all the ED&I elements. There will be the requirement to lease with all areas of the school, updating, training and facilitating all changes. Will also be required to run the BIM committee, setting meeting agendas, taking on ideas and facilitating the meetings.
Ensuring Your Success
You will have demonstrable experience working specifically in ED&I, implementing new policies and processes. Being a natural communicator, with the ability to manage complex stakeholders, with the availability to influence and present is essential to this role. You’ll have a genuine passion for inclusion and belonging, wanting to make a real tangible difference.
