Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in High Wycombe as a Customer Service Representative, paying an annual salary of between £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
*Communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat
*Analyse customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions
*Assist customers with product information and orders
*Liaise with clients to keep them informed of progress or if any issues arise.
*Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
*General ad hoc duties as and when required
The successful Customer Service Representative will have the following related skills / experience:
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Assertive with a professional approach to all aspects of work
*Good understanding of Microsoft Office package
*Self-motivated and adaptable to team environments
*Able to prioritise tasks.
*Flexible working attitude
*Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
*Manage workload effectively under pressure, ensuring deadlines are always met.
Benefits:
*22 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increases by 1 day after 5 years’ service, up to a maximum of 25 days.
