Job Description:
An exciting opportunity to join a Public Health Charity at a pivotal time of growth, as the National Director of Justice and Health Services.
You will be a dynamic individual able to bring relevant expertise in health or psychological therapies and have a collaborative mindset. As part of the senior leadership team, you will be making a difference, enhancing health and well-being outcomes for those within the justice system and their families.
Package:
*Basic salary 80k per annum.
*Hybrid working, with one day per week at London office. 
*37.5 hours per week, flexible working.
*30 days holiday per annum + bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and inspire delivery teams, supporting them in providing compassionate and effective services during times of challenge and growth.
*Drive initiatives for systems integration across Justice, Health, Family, and Social Work sectors to enhance multidisciplinary collaboration and health outcomes.
*Advocate for the voices of the clients, especially families and caregivers within the justice system, to promote patient and public advocacy.
*Collaborate with HMPPS and NHS Justice-Health commissioners and providers to ensure family and caregiver inclusion in the system.
*Support growth initiatives by managing an expanding budget, ensuring financial sustainability and operational excellence.
Expected qualifications, skills & experience 
*Recognised professional qualification in a relevant healthcare field (forensic, counselling, clinical psychology, nursing, or occ. health) with current registration.
*Ideally, Chartered/HCPC registered in forensic or clinical psychology, or dual registration, with an understanding of statistics/data for monitoring & evaluation.
*Strategic and inspiring leadership ability in the voluntary sector, with a proven track record of supporting teams across multiple locations.
*Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government officials, commissioners, and voluntary sector partners.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and flexible thinking skills.
*Proficient in budget management.
*Excellent performance and project management skills.
*Solid understanding of the criminal justice system, including court, prison, probation procedures, and justice health services.
*Familiarity with utilizing statistics/data to measure behavioural change/outcomes.
*Experience in translating evidence into practical interventions, and service delivery for individuals with complex needs.
*Proficiency in MS Office.
