Job Description:
Our client, a Top-100 Law Firm client is seeking an Administrator to join their Business Services Centre team in London.

About the role:
*Scan, file, and manage documents, coordinating with Reprographics as needed
*Prepare and finalise sales packs, court bundles, and exhibits in collaboration with EAs and secretaries
*Assist Legal and Support Departments with projects and general office tasks
*Manage tasks via workflow tools, ensuring timely updates and effective communication
*Provide excellent service to internal clients, maintaining awareness of key contacts and departmental standards
*Identify and suggest improvements to streamline team processes
About you:
*Recent office administration experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting
*Proficient typing speed with high accuracy
*Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe
*Familiarity with document management systems (training available if needed)
*Some experience with legal documents
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
