About the Role We are seeking a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Manager to join our innovative digital agency in London. As a key part of our team, you will take charge of our CRM strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and growth for our clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—creative, data, and client services—to create highly personalized experiences that build brand loyalty and optimize customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities *Develop and Implement CRM Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across email, SMS, and in-app messaging to engage and retain customers.
*Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, testing, and reporting. Continuously optimize based on performance insights.
*Customer Journey Mapping: Build and optimize customer journeys to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all touchpoints.
*Data & Insights: Analyze customer data to understand behaviors, preferences, and trends. Translate insights into actionable improvements for future campaigns.
*Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage customer data to create dynamic, personalized campaigns that drive engagement and enhance the customer experience.
*Automation & Efficiency: Develop automated workflows to streamline and enhance CRM processes, using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
*Performance Analysis: Regularly measure and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI. Provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
*Collaboration: Work with the creative and content teams to ensure all CRM communications align with brand tone, style, and strategic objectives.
*Compliance: Ensure all CRM activities comply with GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Experience *Experience: 3-5 years in CRM management, preferably within a digital or marketing agency environment.
*Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
*Analytical Mindset: Highly proficient in data analysis, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).
*Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
*Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering a superior customer experience and driving engagement through data-driven insights.
*Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging messages and presenting data insights.
