Director of Enterprise Platforms - Contract - £950 per day
Rate: £950 per day
Location: London or Swindon
Duration: 6 Months (extendable)

The role:
To lead a newly formed directorate, responsible for owning a mixture of Data, CRM and Oracle Fusion ERP platforms in BAU, driving their roadmaps in collaboration with the business, and leading related projects as SRO. The overall support model, supplier management, and platform performance.
Experience & Responsibilities:
*Proven senior IT leadership experience with specific experience in managing large-scale platforms like Oracle Fusion ERP.
*Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and prioritise roadmaps for the Oracle Fusion ERP and grants application platforms. Drive alignment between IT and business goals, ensuring resources are allocated to both BAU and strategic initiatives to maximise the impact of these platforms.
*Leadership and Oversight: Lead and manage the enterprise IT platform domains, including the Oracle Fusion ERP and grants management platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. As SRO oversee the IT delivery management teams, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight ensuring project initiatives are effectively executed.
*Enterprise IT Structure and Optimisation: Design and optimise IT delivery teams to support enterprise platform initiatives, particularly in relation to the Oracle Fusion ERP and grants systems. Lead IT governance at strategic boards, representing enterprise platforms and ensuring delivery is aligned with both business needs and technical requirements.
*Governance and Standards Leadership: In collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, own and iterate governance, standards, and practices for enterprise platform delivery. Ensure that platforms adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and are designed for optimal service delivery and integration
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and drive change.
*Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships, drive platform performance, and optimise resource use within complex IT environments.
