Job Description:
Stanton House is recruiting an Interim Finance Business Partner to join an FMCG Business in London on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract. The role offers £60,000 per annum plus a completion bonus. This is an office-based role (5 days per week).
Responsibilities:
*Support key stakeholders in meeting targets through financial analysis and performance monitoring.
*Lead quarterly and annual budget and forecast delivery for multiple regions.
*Provide financial reports and strategic advice to senior management.
*Analyse promotional performance and deliver financial insights.
*Develop and manage financial models for decision support.
*Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
*Act as liaison between various departments.
*Train and guide teams on financial aspects.
*Assist Directors with budget planning and financial strategy.
*Track financial performance to meet targets and KPIs.
*Identify and mitigate financial risks; implement cost-saving measures.
*Streamline financial models and processes for efficiency.
*Collaborate across departments to align financial and business strategies.
*Monitor industry trends to inform financial planning.
To be suitable for this role, you must have the following:
*Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum 2 years PQE.
*At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG.
*Skilled in data reporting, advanced Excel modelling, and resolving queries to drive process improvements.
*Effectively manages workload and leads with local and remote teams, with proven project management experience on long-term, high-value initiatives.
*Strong communicator who can collaborate across functions to achieve shared goals and maintains a customer-focused approach.
*Adaptable, proactive, and embraces change; leads by example in delivering quality results.
