Job Description:
Our client, a leading Investment Management firm, is undergoing a significant transformation, migrating to the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) for key front and middle office solutions. They are looking for a Senior Business Analys to join their team and support this business transformation. Initial 12-month contract with the likelihood of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the liaison between third-party providers and business teams.
*Maintain oversight across Front Office and Operations functions.
*Develop and implement migration strategies, including run books for live migrations.
*Coordinate implementation and testing of conversion processes with stakeholders.
*Track migration progress, issues, and produce regular updates.
Skillset and Experience:
*Extensive OTC Experience within investment management, particularly in middle office and operational processes related to over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives and trading.
*Demonstrated experience in large outsourcing and transformation programs within investment management, leading and supporting large-scale initiatives.
*Strong foundation in operational and asset management, including overseeing asset servicing, reconciliation, and performance measurement.
*Proven track record in middle office change, with familiarity with key service providers such as State Street and BNP Paribas.
*Excellent relationship-building abilities across multiple workstreams, engaging stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams.
*Hybrid business analysis and migration experience, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring seamless transition and transformation.
*A structured and disciplined approach to project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
