Job Description:
Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for Warehouse Fork Lift Operatives to join our site in Sherburn in Elmet (LS25 6PT) working on the Asda contract.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40.25 hours per week, 4on, 4off shift between the hours of (19:00 – 07:00)

*You will be paid £12.95 per hour
*A subsidised bus in available for GXO colleagues to board at various locations in Leeds to transport to Sherburn in Elmet site and return

What you’ll do on a typical day:
*Unloading vehicles in accordance with the set procedures, hygiene, quality, and safety standards (including MHE)
*Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of good onto shelves or pallets
*Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transportation
*Regularly checking fork lift equipment for faults and damages
*Using industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets to safely stack packaged goods
*Keep up to date with all Health and Safety requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
*Counter and Reach Forklift Licence
*Knowledge of health and safety requirements
*Able to work on your own and as part as a team
*Previous warehouse experience
