As a recent graduate with at least 12 months of experience, ideally gained in a banking environment, you’ll collaborate with seasoned treasury professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of treasury and risk management.

Do you have?
*Analytical Mindset: A naturally detail-orientated individual with a keen desire to enhance and develop their quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
*Industry understanding: Strong financial modelling skills with risk-focused treasury experience.
*Effective Communication: Someone with superb verbal and written communication, who has the ability to present, influence and collaborate with team members across all levels of the organisation.
*Adaptability: Working in a dynamic and varied role, the right individual has to have a clear desire to learn and grow professionally gaining skills in treasury operations, risk management and business development.
*Commercial awareness: Should possess a solid understanding of financial markets and be up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and policies.
*Technical Proficiency: A good working knowledge of core Microsoft products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. A basic understanding of programming languages such as VBA & Python would be beneficial but not essential.
