In this role, you’ll:
*Cultivate Customer Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
*Drive Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with internal teams to optimise warehouse operations and meet stringent SLAs.
*Problem-Solve with Precision: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
*Analyse and Improve: Leverage data to track performance, identify trends, and implement process enhancements.
*Communicate Effectively: Interact with customers and colleagues at all levels, fostering clear and concise communication.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
*Proven Experience: At least 1 year of experience in logistics account management.
*Warehouse Know-How: A solid understanding of fast-paced warehouse operations and logistics processes.
*Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyse data and create reports.
*Strong Communication Skills: The ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
*Adaptability and Problem-Solving: A flexible approach to work and a knack for finding creative solutions.
