Salary: £23,000 - £26,000+ OTE £30,000

Our client is seeking a Telephone Collections Agent specializing in private parking debt. You’ll contact individuals with outstanding parking charges, negotiate payments, and make secure resolutions while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and use email/SMS to reach individuals with unpaid parking debt.
Discuss balances, offer payment plans or settlements, and maintain professionalism.
Log interactions and agreements accurately in the CRM system.
Follow all laws, including data protection and consumer rights.
Provide clear account information and resolve disputes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly collection goals.
Experience:
Debt collection or customer service experience (private parking debt experience is a plus).
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:
Office-based, potential for hybrid work. Some evening or weekend shifts may be required.
