Talent Acquisition Manager £50,000 - £60,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance
Hybrid Role: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities:
*Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a high-performing team of talent acquisition specialists.
*External Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other relevant stakeholders.
*Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
*Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment performance and inform strategic decision-making.
*Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
*Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in talent acquisition within a large, complex organization.
*Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience in managing external recruitment agencies and job boards.
