About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Work collaboratively with class teachers to support lessons across KS1 and KS2, tailoring assistance to meet each student’s needs.
*Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, helping students with literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects.
*Assist with classroom preparation, lesson activities, and assessments, gaining hands-on experience in the daily operations of teaching.
*Take part in training and mentorship opportunities, setting you up for teacher training starting in September.
This role is perfect for someone keen to build a career in education, with daily working hours from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and a competitive salary aligned with the TA pay scale.
