Salary: Up to £38,000 + Teachers’ Pension

About the Role: In this role, you will inspire and educate the next generation of engineers, delivering engaging practical and theoretical training primarily focused on workshop skills. You’ll work closely with students to develop their technical abilities, ensuring they gain the practical skills needed for a successful career in the industry.
Key Requirements: *Minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification is essential.
*Minimum Level 3 Industry Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
*Extensive experience with workshop practices including machining, CNC, milling, turning, lathes, and other practical engineering skills.
