Job Description:
An auditing company based in the West End are currently looking for an Operations Support Executive to hit the ground running in a varied position. Working under the guidance of the COO, Commercial Director and the CEO, the Operations Support Executive is intrinsic to the smooth running of the business. The role is pivotal in terms of communication and should provide high quality administrative services on a pro-active and reactive basis, primarily from the office. These services stretch from client/project focussed support to administrative support for the company. A high level of personal motivation, problem solving and decision-making skills is required.
Role and responsibilities:
*Managing appointments, travel, and diary management to the Senior Management Team
*Ad hoc administrative duties including answering the and phones and booking meeting rooms
*Support with updating the systems and project proposals and ensuring records are up to date
*Marketing activities such as managing external communications and promoting the brand through social media 
*Providing ad-hoc project focused support
*Supporting the finance functions, including invoicing
*Assisting with the onboarding process of new starters
*On occasion attending industry events and meetings
