Role Responsibilities *Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
*Assisting in the preparation of corporation tax computations and personal tax returns
*Supporting senior accountants with client meetings and financial reporting
*Handling VAT returns and bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of clients
*Assisting in the preparation of audit files and performing basic audit fieldwork
*Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing feedback
*Working closely with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and advice

Candidate Requirements *ACA/ACCA part-qualified or studying towards qualification
*Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working within a UK accountancy practice
*Experience in preparing accounts, tax returns, and VAT returns
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to work effectively in a team and provide mentorship to junior staff
*Strong IT skills, including knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
