Job Description:
Job title: Leasing Executive
Location: Hammersmith
Salary: ££32,000 + Bonus
The Leasing Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality lettings support, tenant viewings, and essential administrative functions. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth tenant journey, from initial enquiry to move-in and tenancy management. Working closely with the General Manager, the Leasing Assistant will respond to enquiries, conduct viewings, manage referencing processes, and handle tenant communications to maintain high occupancy levels and uphold the brand’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintaining up-to-date and accurate lettings and rental data systems.
*Ensuring presentation standards of available apartments are maintained through regular spot checks and coordination with cleaning teams.
*Coordinating online marketing efforts for available apartments.
*Compiling demographic data, reports, and information for analysis.
*Responding to enquiries within agreed service levels.
*Coordinating with third-party agents as necessary.
*Conducting regular rent analysis of the local market in collaboration with the General Manager.
*Meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, and negotiating rental offers.
*Completing applicant vetting requirements and new let paperwork.
*Compiling letting performance data for discussions with stakeholders.
*Coordinating resident communication via various channels, including social media.
*Advising on recommended rents and coordinating renewal communications and negotiations.
*Ensuring preparation of arrival packs and keys for tenant move-ins.
*Contributing to community building efforts through communication, events, and innovations.
*Undertaking ad-hoc projects assigned by the General Manager.
*Providing first-class customer service to residents and applicants.
Additional Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including sensitivity to resident’s needs.
*Proactive and dynamic approach with ownership of core duties.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
*Initiative-driven problem-solving ability.
*Commitment to confidentiality and security of business, client, and customer information.
*Experience in conducting viewings and negotiating offers with prospective applicants.
