Level 3 Teaching Assistant required in Leicester

We are seeking dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our team and support several of our client schools in Leicester.
Responsibilities:
*Provide 1:1 or small group support to children including children with SEND.
*Assist in the effective implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
*Collaborate closely with teachers, teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans for children.
*Support behaviour management within the classroom and throughout the school.
Requirements:
*Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
*Have experience working with children including those with SEND.
*Provide two satisfactory references.
*Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
*Hold an EWC or be willing to apply for one.
