Job Description:
Location: Sheffield (city centre)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing:
In a newly created HRBP role supporting technology, imagine supporting DevOps, Engineering, Infrastructure, ScrumMaster. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders including the CTO, offering top-notch HR support across the entire employee lifecycle. From boosting engagement and wellbeing to championing diversity, you’ll have a direct impact on how we attract, develop, and retain incredible talent. You’ll coach managers, tackle complex employee relations issues, and support transformational projects - all while making sure we stay ahead of the curve as an employer of choice.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of strategic initiatives, driving everything from workforce planning to performance culture. You’ll be the go-to expert, offering practical solutions and bringing fresh ideas to keep our teams engaged, inclusive, and thriving.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll thrive in this role if you love technology, picked up a book on learning to code perhaps?
Strong HR generalist experience, ideally with UK and international exposure.
A confident advisor who knows their stuff on UK employment law.
Proven track record in handling complex ER cases and supporting change projects.
Passionate about wellbeing, diversity, and creating a high-performing culture.
Great at building relationships - you’re someone people turn to for advice and guidance.
CIPD qualification or relevant experience to back it up.
