I’m looking for a Social Housing Site Manager for a Kitchens and Bathrooms contract in Coventry. This is a permanent position from day one with a tier 1 contractor with a national presence.

the Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms will be required to:
*Manage DLO and Subcontractors
*Organise the workloads of operatives
*Ensure materials are ordered and delivered
*Liaise with tenants and the client regularly
*Ensure H&S is adhered to
*Pre and Post inspections

Ideally I’m looking to speak to a Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms that:
*Holds their CSCS Black or White Card
*Holds their SMSTS
*Has experience with Social Housing Refurb contracts
*Has experience with Kitchen and Bathroom Programmes
*Holds a Full UK Driving Licence

and in return, the Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms will receive:
*£44,000 - £48,000 a year salary
*£5,000 car allowance
*Salary sacrifice option for EV Cars
*26 days annual leave + bank holiday
*Holiday buy and sell scheme
