Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT operations for two Manchester sites, ensuring smooth functionality for all staff.
- Upgrade and introduce new hardware to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead the migration process from external IT support to an internal resource.
- Implement and manage software updates and improvements.
- Ensure robust cyber security measures are in place.
- Utilise Microsoft 365 or equivalent tools to optimise productivity.
- Collaborate with an external marketing company for limited website improvements.
- Develop and implement case management systems.
- Standardise systems, branding, and setup across all networked computers.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5 years+ experience in IT management, preferably within a similar-sized organisation.
- Strong knowledge of hardware upgrades and software improvements.
- Experience in migrating IT services from external to internal resources.
- Proficiency in cyber security protocols.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external partners.
- Experience in implementing and developing case management systems.
- Strong organisational skills to ensure uniform systems and branding across the network.
