*Manage and oversee the entire invoicing process within the retail department.
*Ensure all invoices are accurate and dispatched on time.
*Streamline invoicing and billing procedures for efficiency.
*Oversee credit control and cash management
*Communicate with other departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
*Prepare and present reports on billing activities.
*Ensure compliance with company’s policies and relevant legal regulations.
*Develop strategies to improve the invoicing process.
*Lead, motivate and support a team within the finance department.
Profile
A successful Credit Manager should have:
*Proven experience in managing invoicing in a retail environment.
