Receptionist Role / Legal Secretary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support a team in a range of administrative duties. A law firm based in Leicester is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual with a strong work ethic to join their team. The role includes performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Solicitors firm and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.
The main duties:
• Client file creation.
• Switchboard duties.
• Passing on messages in a clear and accurate manner.
• Liaising with clients and relevant parties as required.
• Greeting clients on arrival and directing them to the appropriate fee earner.
• Attend clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care.
• Provide refreshments when asked to do so.
• Prepare the conference room for meetings as necessary and for the tidying and clearance of the room at the end of the meeting
• File closing and archiving.
• Ordering and delivering outgoing mail.
• To assist with office administrative tasks as required.
• Ordering stationary.
• Arrange for all copying to be done.
• Co-ordination of the key dates reminder system.
• Audiotyping.
• Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm.

• Computer Literacy skills
