Senior Landscape Architect
Leeds £38,000-£42,000
I am pleased to announce that we are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join a brilliant multi-disciplinary team in Leeds. The team work on a wide range of exciting projects from individual dwellings to large multi-functional sites. This includes renewable energy, leisure and residential developments. The team are looking to appoint a Senior Landscape Architect!
Benefits of this role include;

*Hybrid working setup - in office minimum 1 day a week.
*Company bonus and pension scheme.
Responsibilities of a Senior Landscape Architect include;
*Preparation of project briefs and fee proposal is beneficial.
*Report writing including Landscape and Visual Assessments.
*Undertaking landscape design work.
Requirements of a Senior Landscape Architect include;
*A degree in Landscape Architecture - CMLI is beneficial.
*Experience in undertaking LVIAs is essential.
*Excellent written communication skills.
