Key Responsibilities
*Support Financial Planners: Assist with non-client facing tasks, including preparation and administration of recommendations.
*Analyse Client Needs: Review client information to understand profiles and objectives.
*Conduct Research: Gather necessary documentation and perform relevant research.
*Create Financial Plans: Develop accurate, compliant financial plans.
*Ensure Compliance: Maintain proper documentation for compliance and suitability.
*Cashflow Modelling: Prepare lifetime cashflow models.
*Handle Client Queries: Address client inquiries as needed.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with financial planners and support staff.
Requirements
*Strong communication skills
*Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities
*Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
*Attention to detail
*Proficient in financial planning software and IT tools
*Ethical standards and commitment to professional development
Qualifications
*Knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and tax planning
*Understanding of UK financial regulations
*Minimum two years of paraplanning experience
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
