Job Description:
We are working with a company who are looking for a First Response Advisor to join their team in Newcastle.
Salary of £22,880 per year, working Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
This role involves being the first point of contact for clients meaning the ideal candidate will have client or customer service experience.
We encourage applicants with a legal qualification to apply, as this would be advantageous for the role and may lead to the opportunity of progressing to a legal training contract for the right candidate.
Role & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate.
*Where required, make outbound calls to potential clients to advocate company services and obtain more information in respect of their compensation claims.
*Log information on all calls and maintain detailed and accurate records.
*Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
*Perform all duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance is maintained.
*Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance and punctuality.
A bit about you:
*Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbally.
*IT literate in Microsoft Office.
*An understanding of the importance of client care and maintaining good client relations.
*Organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
