Job Title: Temporary Purchasing Administrator
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £26,000 per annum -(£12.50 - £13.50 per hour)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary 3 months
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a manufacturing business based in Chesterfield, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Temporary Purchasing Administrator to join our team.
Role Overview: As a Temporary Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with supplier communication.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in processing purchase orders and requisitions.
*Maintain and update purchasing databases and records.
*Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
*Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
*Support the procurement team with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
