Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons. ? Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN needs. Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment. Support students with special educational needs (SEN). Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Requirements:
?? A passion for working with young people. ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ?? Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff. ?? Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment. ?? Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
