Depot Manager

£30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Location:
Dinnington, Yorkshire
Hours:
8 hour shifts (Monday to Friday)
Are you a candidate who is seeking a new opportunity and able to commute to Dinnington on a daily basis? Do you have experience of working at a Depot and having supervision responsibilities? Job Responsibilities:
*Manage and oversee daily store operations
*Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
*Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
*Train and supervise store staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
*Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
*Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
*Implement loss prevention measures to minimise theft and shrinkage
*Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
The Person (Skills / Experience):
*Previous experience in a retail management role
*Strong team management skills
*Excellent time management and organisational skills
*Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting
*Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
*Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
*Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing a team
*Proven ability to supervise employees and provide guidance
