Package: £23-25,000 (Year 1 OTE £35k, Year 2 £45k)

Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Our client are focussed in the Health Tech space placing psychologists and therapists into private practices. Not only will you be making genuinely meaningful placements, but the market is incredibly niche and untapped so a great time to join. They have begun 2024 strong and looking to venture into American markets in the near future off the back of that and require emotionally intelligent and competitive individuals to support their current growth trajectory.
We are keen to speak with ambitious graduates or sales professionals who are looking to excel in their career and accelerate their earning potential.

The Responsibilities:
*Conducting market research to identify potential candidates
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
*Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
*Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations
*Managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
*Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and regulations related to finance and recruitment
The Requirements:
No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we’d love to learn more about you!
*Recently graduated with with a 2:1 degree (or above) OR 1 years sales experience
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ambitious nature and self-driven mindset
*Exceptional organisational and time management skills
*Working towards personal and professional goals
