Job Description
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the design and construction of a groundbreaking healthcare facility in Glasgow. This project represents a significant investment in the future of healthcare in the city and will provide an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art facility that will set new standards in patient care and architectural innovation.
Responsibilities
*Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop and refine the project’s design.
*Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
*Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
*Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to oversee the construction process.
*Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
*Solve technical and design challenges to deliver a successful project.
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field.
*Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, preferably on healthcare projects.
*Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
*Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
