Needed experienced Wet Sprayer

Main duties will include:

*Preparing parts including sanding and filling
*Mixing and using 2 pack polyurethane paints
*Using HVLP pot gun to spray parts
*Ensuring the correct product is in the correct bay
*Checking for damage to any of the parts and immediately reporting them to the Team Leader
*Checking route cards are for the right part
*Ensuring protection on the part is correct
*Processing items to a high standard and in accordance with specifications
*Plan work to minimise waste of raw materials and machinery
*Ensure extractors, doors and all other work equipment are working correctly
*Conduct basic reactive and preventative maintenance work on the equipment
*Monitor the machinery and promptly advise the Team Leader on any issues
*Complete and scan route cards
*General housekeeping duties

Expected hours: 36 per week

AM Shift - 6:00 - 15:30 Monday - Thursday (4 day working week)
PM Shift - 15:30 - 01:00 Monday - Thursday (4 day working week)

Pay Rate-

12.50 up to 13.95 depending on experience
