Key Responsibilities:
*Manage general administrative tasks such as responding to emails, answering phones, data entry and maintaining records.
*Handle inbound phone and web inquiries
*Conduct any research/sales support tasks as required
*Proactively chase outstanding payments prior to dispatch
*Collaborate with the marketing team on sales initiatives
*Greet and assist customers on-site
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
