Job Description:
Senior Pay & Rewards Manager
*Working In the People & Culture HR team.
*To start 2nd December until 31st March 2025
*37 hours per week
*Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
*Pay rate £20.85 per hour
*Hybrid position working out of the central Bournemouth offices
About the role-
As our Senior Reward Officer, you will provide a vital contribution in supporting team activities including but not limited to:
• Managing and supporting salary supplement process and governance arrangements
• Supervising, coaching and supporting colleagues within the team
• Proactively considering innovative ways to improve the way they work
• Proactively future plan activities for self and those you supervise
• Design, develop and present the creation of new tools to enable managers
• Make recommendations to boost their position to become an employer of choice
• Facilitating and presenting to large audiences or Senior Management teams
Skills required-
You must have skills in building and maintaining good relationships at a senior stakeholder level.
As a highly organised person you will need to be self-motivated, able to work well under pressure and have the flexibility to adapt to conflicting/ changing priorities.
We would particularly welcome applicants with a sound knowledge of large scale transformation within an organisation.
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly.
Ability to understand and take a solutions focussed approach as well as being able to motivate, inspire and influence positively and collaboratively
