Senior IFA Administrator - Hybrid Working

Job Description:
Are you an experienced financial planning administrator, looking for a Senior IFA Administrator in Ipswich with hybrid working?
Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Adviser.
Duties for this role will include:
*Processing new business including fund switches, pension transfers, top ups and income payments.
*Keeping client records up to date.
*Booking annual review meetings
*Preparing letters of authority
*Preparing meeting packs for client reviews.
*Sutability reports
*Onboarding new clients, setting up records and completing GDPR & AML requirements.
*Dealing with client queries
The candidate:
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
*Relevant experience within an IFA environment
*Experience with Curo would be good
*Able to manage their own workload
