Job Description:
Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a passionate and driven Contract Sales Manager to join our client’s well-established and successful kitchen & bathroom showroom in Cambridgeshire.
Hours; Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Salary; Up to £45,000 (£65-70k OTE)
Phone, Laptop & Company Car available
The Contract Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, generating new leads, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the kitchen and/or bathroom industry , as well as experience in KBB Contract Sales.
Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including housing developers, architects, and interior designers
*Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and trade shows
*Prepare and present proposals to prospective client
*Close sales and negotiate contracts
*Manage the sales process from start to finish
*Track and report sales activity
*Stay up to date on the latest trends in kitchen & bathroom design
*Attend industry events and conferences
*Be proactive, resilient, a self-starter and energetic
The right candidate:
*Full Clean drivers licence
*A business development manager or Contract Sales Manager, with a proven track record in the KBB industry
*Experience in kitchen and/or bathroom design sales
*Strong understanding of the kitchen and/or bathroom design industry
*A black book of contacts in the industry used to open doors
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Strong sales and negotiation skills
*A business development manager or Contract Sales Manager, with a proven track record in the KBB industry
