Service Operations Coordinator - 20026
Are you dedicated and hard-working, with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills? Are you looking for an exciting new chapter in your career?
My dynamic and vibrant client based in Bicester is looking for someone to join their Service Operations team in a full-time, permanent role.
Core responsibilities will include:
• Supporting day-to-day bookings, liaising with customer teams and candidates
• Establishing deep knowledge of our software to help deploy the portal successfully
• Managing timesheet information and enquiries including, but not limited to: cross-referencing financials across all portals and ensuring accurate data entry

This role may involve occasional out of hours working to meet urgent client demands.

Work days - currently 4 days a week (5 days for two months or until probation ends) but is subject to change.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
£25,000 basic with OTE of £27-28k.
