Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and contributing to the continued success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
*Identify and attract talented educators through various recruitment channels.
*Conduct registrations, reference checks, and skill assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
*Provide expert guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
*Achieve sales and recruitment targets while contributing to the overall growth of the business.
*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education recruitment.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates alike.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
