Job Description:
Prestigious Global law firm client is seeking to hire a Reward Specialist on a Permanent basis. The Reward Specialist will report into the Head of Compensation & Benefits and work alongside the Benefits Specialist.
*Up to £45,000 experience dependent
*Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
*9:30am – 5:30pm
Reward Specialist Key Responsibilities:
*Collation and submission of data for our London and international offices into external salary surveys.
*Conduct analysis and benchmarking of salary survey data
*With the Head of Compensation & Benefits, project manage the annual global remuneration review process.
*Administer our UK regulatory reporting.
*Work with the Benefits team to ensure that our reward strategies are appropriate.
*Assist Head of Compensation & Benefits and CPO to prepare budgets.
Reward Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:
*At least 2 years’ experience withing a benefits or rewards role within a law firm.
*Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson survey methodology would be an advantage.
*Experience in utilising compensation systems and incentive schemes.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Project and people management skills.
*Strong MS Excel skills.
