Job Description:
Concierge - Marylebone - London - £30k start asap
A prestigious new development is looking for a team of Concierge to deliver 5 star service and standards; managing the facilities whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with either guests, residents or customers in a in person customer service setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate will come from a 5* or 4* hotel or another environment famed for it’s high level customer service.
Please note these positions are shift work-based roles, following the Pitman schedule, giving you every other weekend off. 12-hour days and no more than 3 days of working in a row. This is a daytime position but you will need to be able to cover a night shift if required.
You Must Have:
* Experience of working in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5* customer service
* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
* Track record of delivering first-class customer service
* Knowledge and proven capability of all HR processes
