Description
*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
*Prepare and present financial reports to management.
*Implement and maintain internal control systems.
*Assist with the creation of budgets and financial forecasts.
*Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
*Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
*Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of the company’s financial systems and processes.
*Maintain knowledge of organisational procedures, federal and state regulations, and accounting standards.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*An accredited accountancy qualification working towards (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Proven experience in a similar role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
*Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and accounting software.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-finance colleagues.
*A team player mindset with strong leadership skills.
*The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
