Conveyancing Assistant
Join this reputable team as a Conveyancing Assistant! You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth conveyancing process, supporting clients and team members every step of the way.
Their New Build team is described as a "Fun" place to work as well as hardworking and striving to achieve their targets, fun is so important.
*Collect and verify IDs, mortgage offers, and search results, keeping the case management system up-to-date.
*Handle client and third-party inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person with clear, professional guidance
*Ensure high-quality, responsive service for clients and business partners
*Prepare key documents at each stage of conveyancing and organize completion packs with statements and invoices for the accounts team.
*Offer hands-on support for a seamless completion experience.
*Handle post-exchange tasks and general support as needed.
What will you need
*Minimum 6 months in a similar role.
*Strong administrative and organisational skills, and attention to detail
*Organised, client-focused, and ready to grow within a supportive team environment.
