Salary: £29,000 per annum

Responsibilities: *Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
*Provide knowledgeable advice on our brand and products
*Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling exchanges and returns
*Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
*Assist with visual merchandising and stock management
*Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications: *Previous experience in a retail sales role
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of our brand and products
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
*Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
