Job Description:
Robert half is proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester in its search for an FP&A Manager.
The role is responsible for Group consolidation and group management reporting, preparing management accounts, and ensuring compliance with group policies, while providing insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support decision-making and enhance business performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, financial accuracy, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve internal processes and help the organisation achieve its financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
*Group Consolidation and Management Reporting
*Management accounting and reporting across multiple entities.
*Lead internal review meetings with commercial and operational
*Reconcile inter-company balances at month-end across the group by maintaining group
*Financial Planning & Analysis:
*Set up budget and forecast models in Excel.
*Monitor group sales and margins
*Maintain margin analysis across all major segments and liaise.
*Perform cost analysis, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and operational efficiencies.
*Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions by developing ad hoc financial models as and when required.
*Compliance and audit responsibilities
*Team leadership
You:
ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
Advance Excel skills
Manufacturing industry experience
Experience in similar roles
Salary and benefits:
£70,000
