We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Neighbourhood Worker to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a liaison between residents and our organization, ensuring that their concerns are addressed effectively while fostering a strong sense of community.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
*Engage with residents to understand their needs and concerns.
*Coordinate community events and activities to promote engagement.
*Work collaboratively with local organisations and stakeholders.
*Address and resolve issues related to housing, safety, and community well-being.
*Gather feedback from residents to inform service improvements.
Requirements:
*Experience in community development or a similar role.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Knowledge of housing policies and community support services.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving.
*A full UK drivers license
