Job Description:

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
*Processing and maintaining customer information, orders, quotes, and quality notifications in SAP ERP system for various rail service streams
*Communicating proactively and effectively with customers and internal departments through email, phone, and meetings to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
*Using CRM system to record and manage customer contacts, issues, projects, complaints, and tasks
*Updating shared data in KBRS collaboration areas
*Minuting inter-departmental and customer meetings
*Identifying and resolving risks to on-time delivery and escalating them when necessary
*Achieving or supporting the achievement of service delivery KPIs and customer performance KPIs
To be successful in this role, you should have:
*Level / GSCE level education
*Experience in customer service, order processing, purchasing, sales, or account management in a manufacturing or multi-channel reseller industry
*Experience in using MRP system (SAP preferred) and CRM system
*Experience in building rapport with key customer contacts and advocating for their needs
*Experience in recognising and responding to customer complaints
*Strong data entry, numeracy, and MS Office skills
Hours: Flexi hours of 37.5 per week with an early finish on Fridays
Location: Melksham, SN12. Office based role- free onsite car parking
