Job Description:
My client is a top 100 UK Law firm, and they are looking to bring in an Associate to join their Housing Management team in their new office in Birmingham.
With the help of Paralegals you will be managing your own complex caseload of property litigation files including possession claims, injunction claims, cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, breach of tenancy claims to name a few. You will also assist other senior solicitors and partners with their complex files.
Salary will be DOE but to give you an idea NQ solicitors join the team on £52,000 and senior solicitors are on £70,000 DOE plus a generous bonus scheme. Flexible and hybrid working is also offered with 2 days in the office and 3 at home. Benefits include but are not limited to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down, healthcare cover, 3x salary life insurance, dental plan, maternity/paternity pay, pension with up to 10% contribution, company car scheme and many others.
The ideal candidate will be NQ – 4 years PQE with previous experience either managing your own caseload of property litigation files and a keen interest in business development.
There are real opportunities for progression, there are plenty of examples of solicitors making their way to Partner and if that is what you desire you will be given a clear pathway to get there.
