Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Manager looking to join this market leading Estate Agent in Bedworth. This well respected brand has a thriving sales business and is looking for a proven, results orientated Estate Agent Sales Manager / Valuer to lead from the front with driving them to the next level.
Estate Agent Sales Manager - Benefits:
• Strong basic salary of up to £35,000
• Genuine OTE of 40-45k
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Paid for industry qualifications
• One of the areas leading agents.
Estate Agent Sales Manager - Duties and responsibilities:
• Actively pursue new business
• Analysis of market and customer needs and selling to those needs
• Analyse marketing, set and implement plans to hit office valuation target.
• Carry out Valuations
• Assist Directors with staff development to maximise business opportunities
• Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
• Maximise business by actioning website and Rightmove / Zoopla enquiries
• Ensure compliance with the Property Ombudsman code of practice
• Ensure compliance with Estate Agency legislation
• Drive lead generation through conveyancing, mortgage appointments and other third-party suppliers
• Vendors / Buyers updates
Estate Agent Sales Manager - Experience needed
• Proven background in estate agency
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Experience of managing a sales team
• Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings
• Previous experience with estate agency software
• Full UK driving license is essential
