Job Description:
Do you have experience working within Export?
Our growing client based in Redditch are looking an experienced Administrator to join their close-knit team in supporting the Export manager with Global orders.
Upto £38,000.
Your responsibilities-
· Managing the end-to-end processing of orders.
· Liasing with external contacts regarding lead times.
· Creating export documentation.
· Booking transport.
· Work closely with the warehouse to manage stock.
· Building strong relationships with both customers and clients.
· Dealing with any enquiries/complaints in a timely order.
· Liase with suppliers regarding PO’S of shipped orders.
· Following procedures correctly.
The ideal candidate-
· Worked within Exports/Logistics/Planning.
· Knowledge of SAP.
· Can work to deadlines.
· Excellent customer service.
· Attention to detail.
